No words need be said.
One of the hardest workers,
One of the most loving,
One who could make you smile,
and laugh at yourself.
Drive on, either by Semi or Horse.

There was no one like Uncle Duane. As a kid, visiting him and my Aunt Barbara in Utah was so much fun. I was a city girl, so going out to the "country" and doing all the farm life kind of things with Uncle Duane and my cousins was so exciting. I'll always remember his sense of humor and how much he loved his family. He was tough on the outside, but a big softy on the inside. Everytime I hear "Love Me Do" by the Beatles I will always remember Uncle Duane or "Uncle Du" as he was lovingly called by some of us kids. Why THIS song you might wonder? My daughter, at about the age of 4, randomly started singing to this song in the car one day, but she changed the lyrics. It became "Love Uncle Du. You know I love you. I'll always be true. So please, Love Uncle Du".
